"There's no time." My Entry to the 2nd TTRPG Manifesto Jam

WOO! It's done!

I have strong enough feelings about TTRPGs as a hobby that I've been wanting to write a manifesto for a long time now. This isn't that manifesto: it's a manifesto. Another will come, almost certainly, but my research is not complete. All in due time...

I also used this as a chance to pay one of my friends for some bomb cover art and to start learning layout software. I wanted to reference a meme image I love and I also wanted to contrast the dire tone of the writing with a whimsical aesthetic wrapper. Suffice to say I did not give myself enough time to work on it. Next time I will make sure I do things a little more "by the book," no pun intended, but for now, I'm at least about as satisfied with the layout and typography as I usually am with my video editing: not very, but ehh, good enough.

Speaking of video editing...after a well-earned break from the over a month I've spent on nose-to-the-grindstone creative work for the campaign I'm running, the A Land Once Magic review, this manifesto, this website, AND other stuff I have to yet to reveal...the next project will be a video essay.
